Disability Fitness Ltd Company logoThe company was official formed in November 2004 by Brian Turner and Pauline Grant, who are qualified Sports Psychologists, Coaches and Fitness Instructors with many years' experience running their own successful Fitness & Martial Arts Centre in the North of England.

Prior to the formation of the company the owners became aware of the lack of effective training equipment for the disabled user that was also price sensitive. A period of intensive research was embarked on which lead to the development of some simple yet cost effective exercise systems. This quickly lead to the realisation that there was a severe lack of a whole range of disabled exercise products.

For the past two years extensive research, development and field testing has been carried out culminating in the launch of two new award winning cardiovascular exercise products, a disabled weights bench and many more products still under development to meet the ever increasing requirements of the disabled exerciser.

All of our products are extensively tested by disabled exercisers during the
development process to ensure that they meet the requirements of the intended market.
