With our 28 Day Trial policy you can be sure that the products you choose are right for you by trying them in the comfort of your own home. If you are not happy with the product simply return it with the original packaging to obtain an immediate refund.

It is so easy to order, just add your chosen product to your shopping basket and pay online at the checkout or give us the details over the phone. We accept cheques and most credit cards. If you have a hearing loss and are buying for your own use you can obtain VAT relief which means you do not have to pay VAT on the product if it is quoted with an 'ex vat' price. You will need to complete a VAT Relief Certificate. If the product does not show an 'ex VAT' price then no VAT relief is available. If you are unsure, or want to know more, please contact us.

Making A Purchase Whilst we do our best to keep ant price rises to a minimum, we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time. Should we do so, we will contact you on receipt of your order with details of the increase giving you the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish to do so.

Should your payment not clear then we may, in addition to any other rights we may have:

* suspend delivery of the product ordered or any part of them until we receive cleared funds
* retrieve those products already delivered to you from you or your premises at any reasonable time
* pass on to you any charges we incur in obtaining clearance on your payment

Delivery Schedule Delivery to UK mainland addresses normally takes 3 working days from the date of despatch of your order by us. It is made through independent carriers. The independent carrier may require a signature from you on receipt of your order. If you do not receive your order within 28 days of making your order, please contact us. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt. Please obtain the original packaging.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will
always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait.

Tax Charges VAT is calculated at the prevailing rate at date of invoice. Should the prevailing rate of VAT change from that used in our publications, calculations will be based on new rates and charged to you accordingly

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is
placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they
reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee All our products are covered by a 12 month's part and labour guarantee.

You will invalidate this guarantee if:

* you use the products contrary to instructions supplied with them or
* you cause any damage to the products through misuse or negligent use of them.

This guarantee is not available

* if any product becomes defective through normal usage and normal wear and tear

If you wish to rely on this guarantee we will at our choice either repair or replace the products or, if appropriate, any parts of them. If we are unable to carry out any of the above through no fault of our own we will refund the price you paid for the products.

In all circumstances our liability to you in meeting this guarantee shall not exceed the price you paid for the products in question.

No other remedies are available. As far as is legally possible we will not be under any further liability to you whatsoever for defects in our products or for any injury, damage, loss or consequential loss you may suffer.

Returns Policy You may cancel your order, but to do so you must write to us. We will respond confirming your cancellation and the date your letter was received. The date confirmed is the date the cancellation came into effect. If on that date we are already manufacturing the products you ordered, we reserve the right to charge you the full price for those products and pass on any related expenses, unless we reasonably able to recover such losses from other sources.
